Charming 60 sqm wooden house with sea view and 150 m to lovely beach. In addition, good fishing opportunities. Access to the fish shed. Large terrace with sun hooks around the whole house and small cozy garden. The house is from the 60s, but renovated with functional kitchen, two small bedrooms and TV lounge with double sofa bed. Toilet in the house. Outdoor sheltered shower with hot water. The house is equipped with wifi, stove, heat pump and large flat screen. From the house there is a nice view over the longland belt.

Bindingworks house in small Lejbølle town with the sweetest neighbors. New hard appliances; Refrigerator, dishwasher and stove ARE SMEG and washing machine and dryer are MIELE. 3 stoves for fun it is not heat sources. Behind the garden is closed, barbecue, fireplace and old forge iron stove. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi, all beds are Hastens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland but this is absolutely the nicest.
