Get back in touch with nature in a farmhouse-style property next to abundant woodlands and hiking trails. It's an airy, skylit space with honey-colored hardwood floors and a well-equipped kitchen. Bathe in a claw-foot tub and relax on a wooden porch. Please note that this house shares the property with the owners who live in the main house, and an Airstream. The property is also serviced by landscapers and pest services. You may see or hear any of these during your stay. This is our guest house located on the same property as our home (about 50 feet away). We also have an Airstream that friends and family stay in which is located on the property (also located about 50-100 feet away). If you're looking to get out of the city and be surrounded by nature, then look no further! There is wildlife all around, including deer, owls, hawks, and more! The home features all new furniture that has been carefully designed for relaxation and comfort. You can cook a delicious meal, enjoy a glass of wine in the gorgeous claw foot tub, and de-stress away from it all. You will have access to the entire guest house. We will give you your privacy but are right next door to help with anything needed :) The house is in the redwood area of Santa Cruz. Drive to downtown and the beach in a few minutes. It's close to the historic Mystery Spot, and is across the street from DeLaveaga Park with its great hiking trails. Branciforte Drive connects to all the main road and if very close to both highway 17 (takes about 30 minutes to get to San Jose) and highway 1 (takes about 10 minutes to all the sister beach towns, like Capitola).
