Thoughtfully Designed Modern Rustic Cabin

This mountain chalet has been in our family for 50 years and has recently been completely remodeled. Our home includes bespoke features and furniture that add to the mountain feel. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and another with a king size bed. Our home is 3 floors and we live on the ground floor. Your space and ours are separate, locked, and independent of each other. There are three decks around the home, all available for both you and us to use. NO PETS medical reasons

Sequoia National Park is open 7 days a week, see the Sherman Tree. You’ll love my ranch because of the views, the outdoors space, and the river; it is so peaceful. My place is good for families with kids or two couples. Enjoy hiking, swimming, boating, fishing on a 380 acre ranch and along more than a mile of river or in several ponds, largest covering 1.5 acres. You can hike to a 60 foot waterfall. Only 15 minutes from the Gate to world famous Sequoia National Park. The cabin has free WiFi!

In the Spring of 1948, a Botanist named Sam settled here with his wife. They had a dream to create a haven where they could learn and prosper while studying nature & living simply. They built this homestead cabin, nestled alongside a river-fed stream, under a hidden canopy of giant trees. The cabin itself is an open & inviting studio, with windows all around. There is a full kitchen & comfortable bathroom, complete with a soaking tub & surrounded by the sweet sounds of flowing water.

This simple little farm cabin is nestled under Sycamore trees with views of hills and farms. Less than a minute from Sequoia Park entrance station. This cozy log cabin has seclusion, a fire pit, BBQ, places to hike, all you need to cook or just settle in and enjoy. There is a 5 star restaurant located on the river with in a mile. Your host Doug is a native of the area and a wealth of information. He can answer many of you questions and is entertaining. Located in the Giant Sequoia National Monument. Open Beam Cabin with windows on all sides. Spacious open Living room with gorgeous views. 1 Bedroom on the main floor and large sleep loft upstairs. Has 2 sofa beds in the living ing room. A kitchen stocked with every appliance you may need. The home is handicapped accessible however it does not have a walk in shower. And it is a carbon neutral home!
