We are in a wonderful kid friendly, safe and quiet neighborhood 2.4 miles from VT and .5 miles from BT Transit stop. We're offering two private & secure rooms in our home. Includes kitchen, stove, microwave, mini-fridge, dish ware and small provisions (Keurig!). Couch/sitting area. French doors separate the two rooms. Bedroom includes a full bed, new mattress & box spring used only for guests. Storage in the beautiful solid oak armoire for clothing and other sundries. Please Note: No TV here.

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!
