Roomy walkout basement apartment with a private entrance! This retreat like space with a garden view offers you room to unwind and relax. The lower level is yours to enjoy! We are conveniently located close to interstate access making Ames or Des Moines an easy jaunt. If you decide to stay in town, Ankeny also offers a variety of dining and shopping experiences. We do live upstairs so you might hear us some. However, we do our best to be as quiet as possible. We look forward to your visit!

Huge 3 bedroom gathering space for families!

We invite you to stay in our beautifully restored 1913 Presbyterian Church in small town Iowa. Our lower level suite is a 3000+ sq foot private unit that has three bedrooms, full bath with three sinks, laundry room and full original church kitchen. One of the Sunday School rooms features a king and the other a queen bed with smart TVs. The third Sunday School room has two twin beds. The living room features two couches, pull out queen sleeper, a full size shuffle board, stage and a smart TV.
