One bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed in the kitchen-living room sleeps up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A dining table,the cozy couch and a tv make the space perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is equipped with a shower ,sink and hairdryer. Separate toilet. You will stay comfortably and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble". In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to a sleeping area with a 140x200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and natural light completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for 4€ per wash charge.

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a wardrobe, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large washbasin and walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. Toilet, bathroom and rooms are together and are a separate unit just for them. A large glass front with glass door opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, light and green.

The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23sqm), from which you often see the mountains. The path to the beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards.
