Newly built apartment - right on the bike path / on the edge of the vineyards - perfect as a starting point for excursions in and around the Kaiserstuhl, Tuniberg, Freiburg, the Black Forest, France and Switzerland or Europa Park. The apartment with 50 square meters is perfect for couples or smaller families. Unfortunately, there aren't any blinds yet, but curtains. There is still a scaffolding around the house, which is not a restriction. So the price is currently lower.
There is an absolute SMOKING BAN.

Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the beautiful wine village of Eichstetten, directly from various excursion destinations such as hiking and cycling.
The seed garden, breeding and show garden, is about 450m away and is also the start and end point of the Geopfad (length 9.5km / ascent 500m /descent 500m / difficulty medium),
one of the entrances to the Kaisertour ( mountain bike tour / length 68km / 1360 m / difficult) or starting point for many mountain bike or bike tours.
