In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland of the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen." For 5 years we are successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people who would have liked to have booked our whole house.
