Small but nice apartment in a newly built single-family house. Important: New construction area, currently construction work on our neighboring properties, which can be particularly annoying during the week and on the terrace. Current images have been set. Grocery stores (Aldi, supermarket, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi, visitor's tax (€1.50/person/day) included.

Our simple but functional rooftop studio is located in Isny, a lovely little town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports of Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometres away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is about 5 minutes away.

The little app. "Argen" is our smallest, but doesn't have to hide. It has everything you need to feel good, even a dishwasher. Since the bed has a width of 120cm, it is designed for one person. On the pull-out sofa bed, however, there would also be room for another person. Especially nice is that you enter the app. directly from our little Innehnhof, where you can also enjoy the sun.
