Riding between Langhe and Monferrato, the Bussi Piero company opens its doors to you I will guide you to discover our territory starting from a short walk in our vineyards spreading the differences between Langhe and Monferrato and the different varieties present, going to the visit in the cellar and concluding with a tasting on our panoramic terrace or in our tasting room, of at least 6 of our wines, starting from Piedmont doc Chardonnay, passing through the different types of Barbera d 'Asti and Nebbiolo and concluding with our Moscato d 'Asti DOCG. The tasting will be accompanied by a small cutting board of local products, charcuterie and cheeses, including the hazelnuts of our production

After a welcome Aperitivo and a little tour in the Castle and in the garden looking for some herbs we are ready to learn how to cook an entire Piedmontese meal :Antipasti, pasta dishes and souce, and desert. The menu can change depends by you taste and the seasonal ingredients! We can do tajarin or gnocchi, learn how to cook a perfect ragù souce and end with a traditional desert. After two hours classes you'll enjoy the lunch cooked together in our beautiful garden or in the old fashion dining rooms. Enjoy the lunch with a glass of wine from our cellar. At the end of your experience I will give to you all the recipes for thanks you to be part of my kitchen for one day! We wil made a tour in the vineyard until the top of the hill. there you can see all the langhe hills, and i will talk about the season work into the wineyard. Then we will go into the vinery to learn all the process of vinification adn aging of the wine. And but last but not the least the winetasting! Other things to note is possible take your dog with you if the weather is not good we don't go into the wineyard, just in the winery and winetasting

The tour takes place on the green hills of Monferrato and we will head towards pine forests, lakes and rivers where it will be possible to have a refreshing break during summertime. Depending on the level of skills of the participants I can tailor a tour in order to allow anyone to enjoy a nice day in the open air. No one will be disappointed: from the agonist to the family! And after the ride, we could go to one of the many typical restaurants to taste the delicacies and flavors of the products of the gastronomic tradition, but also and above all the wine that made this region well-known all over the world (i.e. Gavi and Dolcetto di Ovada). We get to know an heroic viticulture and the story of Tommaso, the eccentric vigneron that produces wines with a well-defined and structured personality using new techniques (such as essential oils and microorganisms on the vineyards). Wine laboratory - Time to act! Learn the vigneron' secrets and follow at least 3 of your 5 senses to combinate diffent wine typologies and find the perfect match for you! All hand made of course, as the vigneron does. Each person will receive the technical tools and the necessary advices, as well as support during the whole experience, to work with 3 different wines. Try and test the combinations to make your own blend, find the taste and smell you like more. Once the wine is crafted it's time for you to proceed with the bottling, corking, sealing and labeling of your wine! The result is a unique combination created by you. Bring home your bottle and share it with your family or friends. Other things to note We reccommend to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The PODERI MORETTI of Francesco Moretti is the natural transformation of a family company, result of the union of families Occhetti and Moretti, already present in this area since 1630 as it comes out from the ancient registers of landed property in Monteu Roero. The Moretti winery is a historic business, well rooted in the territory. The tour begins with a guided tour of the of the production and the ageing winery, the adjacent vineyard, with illustration of the various stages of cultivation of the vineyard and the production and aging of wine. At the end of the visit you will follow the guided wine tasting, combine with grissini and a selection of salame and cheeses typical Piedmontese. Tour available in Italian and English. Excursion within the Unesco core zone "The hills of Barbaresco", among vineyards of Nebbiolo, hazelnut and truffle fields, crossing the municipalities where Barbaresco is born - Neive, Barbaresco and Treiso - along a mainly off-road route, in a continuous ups and downs. A Bike Tour through an unusual and off the beaten path, unknown to most people, for a different perspective. The route is carefully studied, of medium level: we will cycle through Nebbiolo vineyards, hazelnut groves, on easy dirt roads and small roads, always away from traffic, in complete safety. Other things to keep in mind It is a MEDIUM level bike tour. It is essential to know how to ride the bicycle at a basic level and want to have fun without rushing It is an experience suitable for children with at least 12 years of age The cost refers only to the experience. It is possible to rent Ebike or MTB which will be delivered directly to the departure: the rental cost is on request. It is also possible to add tastings in the cellar: the cost of the tasting is on request.

The experience is called "TRUFFLE FOR A DAY". My guests, immersed in an uncontaminated territory, will participate in the search for the precious underground mushroom among meadows, hazelnut groves and woods.It will be exciting to follow the dog and his handler engaged in this superb activity. Depending on the season, it will be possible to appreciate the products of this wonderful land such as hazelnuts and grapes that the hills of Monferrato UNESCO HERITAGE offer generously. The excursion will start from the award-winning Oreste Buzio winery in Vignale M.to; where the history of the place and the production of organic wine will be presented with a delicious and rich tasting. We will also visit the Infernot, a place where wines and fine products were once kept. During the search for the TRUFFLE, a detailed naturalistic explanation of the territory will be given and an explanation on the training of the dog which, while working, will enchant the participants who will exchange amazed glances among themselves, a sensory analysis of the truffle will also be offered every day of the year except for the whole month of May and from 1st to 21st September as foreseen by the biological stop The law allows only for the Piedmont region the nocturnal "search" of the truffle, there are evening outings in the months of June, July and August in the moonlight Other things to note Dogs are not allowed. Truffle Experience is synonymous with sharing a passion. The goal is to share with you our love for this generous land and our constant commitment to protect and respect it. We'll go into our truffle forest, just a few minutes drive from the meeting point. Here you'll see at work one of our dogs, very sweet and lovely "lagotti romagnoli", with exceptional smell. You'll be fascinated by the countless curiosities told by Renzo, our super trusted "trifulao" and his devotion to this occupation, full of mystery and respect for tradition. At the end of the truffle hunt in the woods we'll move to Alba to our shop, where you'll be able to relax and enjoy our Gourmet Aperitif. The Truffle experience is a total immersion in the misterious world of truffle , an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Partecipants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt. Horseback ride lasting an hour and a half in the heart of the Basso Monferrato. Immersed in the green of our hills, through woods and meadows. Asphalted roads or roads busy with motorized transport will be avoided as much as possible. No skills are required for the experience, just a great desire to have fun and enjoy the excitement.

We will go into the woods accompanied by my Cane Luna, we will understand together what are the types of truffle plants, what are the permits that you must have in order to search for the Truffle and what are the rules. A brief overview on the types of truffles and on the territory, to follow, in silence we will wait for the right moment when the dog will find the truffle.

Ecco cosa prevede: - iniziamo da una breve passeggiata al vigneto di...venite a scoprirlo! ;) - passiamo poi alla visita nella nostra piccola cantina , in cui vi spiegherò come funzionano la vinificazione e l'affinamento dei vini. - è il momento della degustazione! Un calice direttamente dalla botte, poi seduti al tavolo continuiamo con due vini in bottiglia. La degustazione è accompagnata da salame, formaggio, miele e nocciole del Roero.
