You will get to the place where the facts will happen, you will know the beautiful path of our fog forests, waterfalls and rivers. The idea of this experience is to connect with Pacha Mama (nature), enter where pumas, tigrillos, opossums, orchids and birds live, especially the cacique candle and many more species that live in this natural reserve, just 40 minutes from the city of Medellín. The time and starting point is at 9:00 am in Yolo Hostel located in Provenza Crr # 7A- 77 we will go by private vehicle to the Arenales that is the starting point of the ecological hike, we will be back at Yolo Hostel, at approximately 3:00 pm. First we will go up the mountain called Independencia 1, wich one is the neightborhood with more graffitis in all Medellín, and we will be explainig you the history behind a lot of graffitis. Then we'll go inside my Grandmother's home (this is when the guide is Jamerson or Jeaneth). We'll try an expecial and typical mango ice cream with salt and lemon wich one is including in the tour, and inside my Grandmother's home I will explain you everything about the painful past of la Comuna 13, and our personal histories like locals of la Comuna 13 as well. Then we will take the escalators that leads to the top of the mountain, and I will show you an amazing viewpoint to see all Medellin City, (here we will try more local food). Then we'll go to Independencia 2 to see more about the second part of the history, explaining about the biggest urban mass grave in a all the world, Present and Transformation of the Comuna 13 as well. After we will go back to the meeting point to do the end of the tour.

We will pick you up at your place. You will paragliding over the city of Medellin and you will be able to witness the majesty of the city from above. You will fly with a certified instructor who will show you the best landscape and will leave you jaw-dropping. It will be a 15 minutes flight. Take part of this amazing experience. You will experience the Colombian soccer league like never before. We will go to the Atanasio Girardot Stadium to watch a soccer match and being there you will see how Colombian soccer fans support their team throughout the game. When you come we will start at a beautiful home-museum from the 18 century where I will tell you why this Hacienda has been so important in this community for the past 170 years. Then I will take you in to the nature through the coffee plantation and explain what makes Colombian Coffee so special where you will plant your own coffee tree. I will show you from scratch how to do it and as well how to harvest. Experience birdwatching while we walk along the coffee plantation with amazing views of the city and the mountains. After we seen all about coffee in the plantation we will get back to the Hacienda and enjoy a delicious homemade meal surrounded by family and friends.
