We will meet at 2.00 pm and offer you the typical Bari focaccia and white wine, then we will drop the moorings.     From the sea you will discover another fantastic perspective of the city of Bari. Slowly we will coast the Lungomare with its imposing historic buildings, we will stop in the bend of the old city and if time permits, you can swim or, photograph the Basilica of San Nicola, the old navy, the cathedral of San Sabino the Nautical Clubs, the lighthouse and the rowdy fish market. Then we will set sail to meet the different species of dolphins that will play with the bow of our boat. You will have the opportunity to learn the basics of sailing, you can take the helm and drive the boat by actively participating in the maneuvers on board or simply sit and enjoy the view and listen to music. During the sailing you will see the small and large boats of the fishermen intent on their work and the seagulls that frame them. I will teach how to make their own orecchiette (typical apulian pasta), how to make the perfect italian tomato sauce and we will eat together. The first part of the experience will be to knead the dough and to create orecchiette. It will be important the time the guests will spend in acquiring the ability to mke the orecchiette. As econdo step we will prepare the tomato sauce and we will cook the orecchiette. ANd finally we will have dinner or lunch (depending of the time) together. The dish will be served with a good bottle of red wine and a typical Apulian starter. Other things to note A 10kg small dog lives with me in teh apartment. He is super friendly!

Starting from the main square Piazza del Ferrarese, we will walk deeper inside the Old Town strolling through its narrow streets where we can learn the history, the culture and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of this place out of time. During the walk we will visit Basilica of St. Nicholas and the Cathedral, two examples of the majestic Apulian Romanesque style. We will also see the famous women making fresh pasta along the streets. At the end a stop at the Swebian Castle before reaching the modern part made of French style boulevards, elegant buildings and theatres and the iconic and monumental sea front.

We will start with a small aperitif, typical of Puglia! THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. We will take you on a 3 hours bike tour, show you the secrets of the city and taste delicious street food. We will start from Piazza Ferrarese and get immersed in the little alleys of Bari's old town to discover the cosy Basilica of Saint Nicholas, the beautiful Cathedral of Saint Sabinus and the millenary Swabian Castel. Lets us introduce you to some friends, see how we make pasta, show you the way we communicate with our hands while we do several stops in a Panificio to eat typical "focaccia", in a Salumeria to try different types of cheese and salumi while we drink primitivo wine. We'll try delicious fried sgagliozze at the stalls of Largo Albicoca. We will seal the deal with a taste of yummy italian home made ice cream. Do you still want more? Then keep the bikes for the rest of the day and continue exploring the city by yourselves..... The visit, that will last for 3 hours will start from Piazza Ferrarese, where we will start telling you some secrets of beautiful Bari. There we will look for Vito, the musician, to experience "Tarantella" a typical Apulian dance and have a funny time singing and playing with his instruments. Then we will stop at one of the oldest "Panificio" of the city to taste the typical focaccia. This will give us some good energy to continue discovering the city. Next stop will be the cosy Basilica of Saint Nicholas, and the secrets of its walls, the beautiful Cathedral of Saint Sabinus and the millenary Swabian Castel. From there we will stop again to visit a typical "Salumeria" to taste different types of salumi and cheese. This time the food will be accompanied by a glass of delicious Primitivo wine. We will continue to the Pasta Street where Signora Nunzia makes some "orecchiette" the typical pasta.... are you ready to giving it a try??? At Signora Nunzia's house we will introduce you to some friends. And yet another stop to taste typical sgagliozze freshly cooked by Signora Maria. Last stop, taste of yummy artisan icecream. Puglia is always in the heart not only for its colors and its artistic and landscape beauties, but also for its flavors. To enjoy a food and wine experience as protagonists, together we will prepare the dough of tarallini with primitive wine (sweet and savory) according to the traditional recipe, we will give the typical donut shape and bake them. We will also prepare the primitivo jelly (a specialty of mine that is popular with friends and acquaintances) which will cook for about 20 minutes. At the end of the cooking we will taste together the tarallini and jelly which are well suited to accompany Apulian cheeses and salami, fresh ricotta and primitivo wine of Manduria. Before saying goodbye, each participant will bring with them not only the recipes, but also the tarallini and jelly prepared with their own hands. So you can enjoy them at home, keep the experience alive, give them to your loved ones and take the opportunity to share and make known these Apulian delicacies.

Smile because you will remember this trip for the rest of your life! I will take you on a walking tour of the historical sites of Bari. We start a walk on a side of Bari's shopping street- Via Sparano and from there we head into Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Basilica San Nicola and narrow streets of Murat. My sessions are really relaxed and there is no pressure, so if this is your first experience with a photo shoot, I will make sure you feel at ease and have a great time. Enjoy yourself while walking around and taking pictures. Please feel free to bring two different pairs of shoes, one for change as it is a bit of a walk. I do couples, solo and family photography. You will receive between 30 to 40 digital photographs sent to you in a link to a drive. Pictures will be delivered to you in 10 days from the photoshoot.
