We'll educate you on the different types of haunts you may encounter on our tour and then hand you ghost hunting equipment to enhance your experience. From there we are off to explore the area! This tour is more of a social tour and lasts about 2 to 3 hours depending on the number of people in the group. No two tours are ever alike even if you do the same one twice. We'll point out the landmarks and tell you the history behind Deland. Then we will tell you the urban legends and personal stories we have about the buildings themselves. Lake Ivanhoe is a clean, clear & gator free waterway. Powerful LED lights under our paddleboards light up the water below you for a gorgeous and unique experience. We are the only company in Orlando to offer these amazingly bright, colorful lights! Our default vessel is our super stable paddle boards. However, we also have Clear Paddle Boards and 2-Person Clear Kayaks. Please let us know if you would like to reserve these vessels instead. Note: The price is per person. As we walk around the city, I will take beautiful photos of you and your loved ones by the ocean, downtown in the Plaza, and along tree-lined streets with unique doors and historic homes. I will also share history about St. Augustine and the Northeast Florida area. (I have eaten at almost every restaurant downtown, so I can recommend great places to eat and drink after the shoot!) I will send you 25 - 40 photos of you and/or your loved ones within 48 hours. I will explain the safety rules and get you familiar with the equipment you will use in the game. Then I’ll show you the field and explain the basic games you can play. Then we will make two teams and we’ll play a minimum of three games of paintball, and even more if you wish. At the end, we will play one more game called Free For All,which is similar to the game PUBG- Players Unknown Battlegrounds. Other things to note Reservations required,You must be 8 years old and up to play. You don’t need a group for this, we can make group from individuals like you.
